We aim to respond to each email within 1 business day however during new product releases it may take us a little longer. We appreciate your patience. Please note that our current hours of service are between 9:00am – 5:00pm EST Monday to Friday.
When Will My Order Arrive
Please allow up to 5 - 10 business days to verify and process your order and between 5 - 15 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high order volume periods we may require additional processing time.
Due to the resurgence of COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of our distribution centre employees, there may be delays in processing and delivering your order.

Items may be shipped separately depending on your order. This is due to our worldwide distribution centers. Each item if sent separately will have a separate tracking number associated with it. There are no additional shipping costs when items are shipped separately.

Do You Provide Tracking Information? My Tracking Number Is Not Working
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking information. Please allow 3 - 5 business for tracking updates to appear after your order is shipped out.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please carefully review your order prior to completing your purchase.
My Order Arrived Damaged / Defective

Will I have to pay a custom fee?
Customers are responsible for paying any customs or duties taxes if they occur.
